Every home is different. If neither package is quite it, we design around your house and your budget — and we take on light commercial work too: small offices, storefronts and HOA common areas.
How it works
Four steps, and three of them are ours.
Design
Text us two photos of the front of your house, or call and we talk it through. We plan the layout, the colours and where every light goes, then send back a firm quote — usually the same day.
Install
We bring the lights, the timers, the cords and the clips. Everything goes up on a roof-safe clip system: no nails, no staples, nothing drilled into your roofline or gutters.
Maintain
Bulb out, or a section gone dark? Text us and we come back out and fix it. Maintenance is included for the whole season — you never pay twice.
Remove
In January we take it all down, pack it up and store the lights until next season. Nothing ends up in your garage.

Questions we get every week
How much does Christmas light installation cost?
Most homes in South Orange County run $400–$800 for a roofline-only display and $1,000–$2,500 for a full front — roofline, entry, garage, wrapped trees and bushes, and pathway lights. What moves the number is how many linear feet of roofline you have, how many trees get wrapped, single storey versus two, and custom colours.
That price covers the lights, the timers and clips, the install, any repairs during the season, and takedown and storage in January. The cost page breaks it down.
Do you provide the lights?
Yes. We bring professional-grade C9 LED lights, timers, extension cords, clips and hardware. The lights stay ours — we maintain them through the season and store them for you year after year, so nothing takes up space in your garage.
When do you install?
Installs run October 15 through December 10. Booking opens in September, and the calendar fills backwards from Thanksgiving week — so the earlier you text, the more say you have over your date.
What if a bulb goes out during the season?
Maintenance is included. Text or call and we come back out and fix it — a dead bulb, a dark section, a timer that drifted. You do not pay again for it.
Do you take the lights down afterwards?
Yes, and it is already in the price. We take everything down in January, pack it, and store the lights until next season. You do not climb anything and you do not store anything.
